- view the full length Training Module ONLINE
- Fill out the Perceived Quality ONLINE form.
- fill out the ONLINE CME test at the end of step Formative Module; the test will be considered passed if the correct answers are at least 75% of the questions asked. Scheduled 5 attempts to perform CME Test, subject to re-circulation of course materials before accessing each additional attempt. Individual questions/answers are randomized each time.
